Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have a good driving record, and be at least 25 years of age.

How to Apply

Please come in person to our main office located at 3633 Lenox Ave Blvd, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 6 p.m. Be sure to bring your drivers license and approximately $49.00 to pay the City of Jacksonville for your permit to drive taxi. (A $12.00 license for a MVR background report applies).
